Certification

Our Quality Inspectors during checking of cutting, stitching and packaging, ensures the conformance of product to the specified requirements. During all stages of receiving and production, our quality team also ensures Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipments are used for the conformance of product to the specified requirements.







Manufacturing

Weaving

We are proud to announce that we our own Manufacturing set up to make grey fabric Powerlooms, Auto looms, Sulzer looms and Air jet looms. We are producing woven fabrics in 100% cotton & poly cotton (in different blends) 33" to 130 of different types qualities plain, twills, satins, Dobby, Stripes etc.


Bleaching, Dyeing & Finishing

We have complete Set up for Bleaching and dyeing. We have latest machinery from THEIS GERMANY for optimum quality plus we also have H.T Dyeing Machine to facilitate our customers with reactive dyeing.

Processing

Usman Fabric have complete set up all modes of processing and printing (rotary/panel). We do have specialized quality control personnel to keep a check on quality.





Stitching

We have ultra-modern complete stitching set up along with the skilled staff. We are producing, bed sets, curtains, kitchen linen, table linen, promotional/ gift items, hotels and hospitals linen as well.
